vox88 Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Capitalised terms used but not defined here carry their ordinary meaning in the context of online betting and gaming.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the vox88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or, if resident outside Indonesia, you confirm that accessing online betting services is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a proxy or agent for any other person.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that would prohibit you from engaging in online gambling.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a vox88 employee in a role with access to platform operational data.
• You have not previously had a vox88 account closed for cause, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or Terms violation.

vox88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts that cannot provide satisfactory age verification upon request will be suspended and may be closed, with any balance subject to review.

To register an Account on vox88, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. All information provided must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You may not impersonate another person or provide false information of any kind.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on vox88. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment instrument — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vox88 will close all duplicate accounts and may void all bets, bonuses, and balances associated with them.

You are responsible for ensuring that your registration information remains accurate and current at all times. You must notify vox88 promptly if any registered information changes, particularly your email address, phone number, or payment method details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your vox88 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

vox88 will never request your password via any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from vox88 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to vox88 support immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:

• Change your password immediately via the account settings panel.
• Enable or re-configure two-factor authentication.
• Terminate all active sessions from the security panel.
• Contact vox88 support via live chat to report the suspected unauthorised access.

vox88 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including the disclosure of your credentials to a third party.

vox88 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfer via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at vox88's discretion; the current available methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are determined by the payment method selected and may be subject to individual account limits based on KYC status. Deposits via e-wallet are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 to 30 minutes under normal banking operating conditions.

• All deposit funds must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• vox88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which vox88 accepts no liability.
• If a deposit is credited erroneously or in the wrong amount, you must notify vox88 support immediately. Using funds that have been credited in error is a breach of these Terms.
• vox88 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds in connection with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the cashier section of your vox88 Account, provided that your account has completed standard KYC verification, has no outstanding security flags, and that the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available withdrawable balance (i.e., real-money funds net of any uncleared Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements).

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment instrument used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Where the original deposit method cannot accept return transfers, vox88 will contact you to arrange an alternative verified payment instrument.

Target processing times are as follows:

• OVO, DANA, GoPay: Target processing within 10 minutes of approval. Available 24/7.
• ShopeePay, LinkAja: Target processing within 15 minutes of approval. Available 24/7.
• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: Target processing within 30 minutes during banking hours. Transfers initiated outside banking hours are queued for the next available processing window.

Processing times stated above are targets and are not guaranteed. vox88 will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests within stated timeframes but accepts no liability for delays caused by banking system outages, e-wallet provider maintenance windows, or other circumstances outside vox88's control. Withdrawals may be subject to additional review where vox88's risk management processes identify a need for further verification.

vox88 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general bonus terms apply to all vox88 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the vox88 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Sportsbook bets may have minimum odds requirements. The contribution rates for each product category are stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds are active on your account, a maximum bet limit per spin or per bet applies. Exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated bonus validity period, which is specified per promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from your Account automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: Any use of bonuses in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, exploit bonus terms, or generate guaranteed profit regardless of game outcome — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, mirrored bets, or arbitrage — constitutes bonus abuse. vox88 may void affected bets and forfeit associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a Member's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.

vox88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice where required by operational, legal, or compliance considerations. Modification of a promotion will not affect bonuses already credited to eligible Members' accounts at the time of the change.

All sportsbook bets, in-play bets, casino game rounds, and slot spins placed on the vox88 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product. These rules are accessible within each product section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following general betting rules apply across all vox88 products:

• A bet or game round is confirmed when it is accepted by the vox88 system and a confirmation appears in your bet history. Pending or processing bets are not confirmed until this confirmation is issued.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market, per game, and per Member account. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by vox88 at any time.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error occurring during an active game round, the round will be settled based on the last valid game state recorded by the vox88 server. Members may request round review via live chat support within 48 hours of the relevant round.
• vox88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price or on a market that was opened in error. Members will be notified of voided bets and staked amounts will be returned to their Account.
• Live casino rounds are governed by the rules of the relevant studio operator (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). In the event of a conflict between studio rules and vox88 platform rules, vox88 platform rules prevail.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vox88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account in another person's name or on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information, including false age or identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Exploiting technical faults, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including the use of the vox88 platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion with other Members, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated sports betting across multiple accounts, or any other form of cooperative fraud.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse or arbitrage betting designed to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the vox88 platform infrastructure, including any attempt at hacking, denial-of-service, or data extraction without authorisation.

vox88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in connection with its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification may be requested at registration, upon your first withdrawal request, or at any point where vox88's risk management processes identify a need for further verification.

Standard KYC documentation includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or passport for non-Indonesian residents).
• Proof of current residential address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment instrument used for deposits, such as a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming your registered name and account number.
• Source of funds documentation where the total deposit volume on your Account is assessed as requiring additional scrutiny under vox88's AML procedures.

KYC verification is conducted via the secure document upload facility in your Account settings. Documents submitted are processed within 24 to 48 hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are placed on hold pending KYC approval. vox88 will not approve withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed. All personal data submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with the vox88 Privacy Policy.

vox88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, fraudulent activity, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity connected to Account activity.
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the vox88 Responsible Gaming programme.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legally binding instruction requiring Account closure.

Where an Account is closed for cause (including fraud or Terms violation), vox88 reserves the right to withhold or void any Balance in the Account pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at a Member's own request, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment instrument following standard processing procedures and subject to KYC completion.

Members wishing to close their Account voluntarily should contact vox88 support via live chat and request account closure. Voluntary account closure requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

All content on the vox88 platform — including but not limited to the vox88 brand name, logo, trade dress, platform design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of vox88 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of or licence to use vox88's intellectual property beyond the limited right to access the platform as a registered Member for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the vox88 platform without prior written authorisation from vox88. Unauthorised use of vox88 intellectual property may give rise to civil liability and, in some jurisdictions, criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vox88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your vox88 Account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vox88 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether or not vox88 was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruption of service caused by circumstances outside vox88's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, banking system failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security, including the disclosure of your credentials to a third party.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

vox88's collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data is governed by the vox88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at vox88.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, vox88 processes your personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and (where you have opted in) promotional communications. vox88 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the provision of the service (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) or where required by law.

vox88 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and sustainable betting environment. The following responsible gaming provisions are in force across all Member accounts:

• Age Restriction: vox88 applies a strict 21+ age restriction at registration. Members who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account closed immediately and any Balance held pending investigation.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from the Account settings panel. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set loss limits for specified periods. If you reach your loss limit during the period, betting and gaming activity will be suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum session durations after which the platform will prompt an automatic logout.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a temporary cool-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion from the Account settings panel or by contacting vox88 support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

vox88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vox88 will provide notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may take effect without advance notice.

Your continued use of the vox88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account by contacting vox88 support prior to the effective date of the change. Pending any such closure, your real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment instrument in accordance with clause 11.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vox88 holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of Indonesia.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or any transaction on the vox88 platform, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact vox88 customer support via live chat and describe the nature of your complaint. The support team will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution is not satisfactory, submit a formal written complaint to vox88 via email at [email protected]. Formal complaints are reviewed by the vox88 compliance team and a written response will be issued within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If the formal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the dispute may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by vox88's licensing authority. Details of the applicable body are available from vox88 support on request.

Pending resolution of any dispute, vox88 may place a hold on the portion of your Account Balance that is the subject of the dispute. This hold does not affect your access to any Balance in excess of the disputed amount.
